Draft: My number one draft pick was my first preference -- not sure what that is saying. My second pick was my #8; third pick random. Interestingly, six teams got three picks from their top 10 preferences, which is an interesting standard.
On the other hand, what are realistic expectations for a given draft? A couple of seasons of three good draft picks would clog up the training pipeline quite quickly. i'm now thinking one good pick a year is probably a good pace, which means this draft was actually as good as i would want, with one trainable player, and a couple that could get to nice levels -- but they'll never see DII.
