Silverbacks Reborn

After 7 years and nearly 30 seasons, the Silverbacks have finally returned to the court. Long-spurned fans rejoiced as some called it as historic a comeback as the Hornets return to Charlotte. Not many, but some.
It's been a long time since the glory days of the franchise, when Dexter Dennison and Billy Polt led the team to back to back cup wins and an NBBA title. Now, the new look Silverbacks are led by a young trio of Americans in William O'Rourke, Bob Kyle, and Douglas Carmona. Can they reach the heights of their predecessors? Only time will tell.
