Today the Bruisers will make their IV debut playing the competitive Hurley Burley Bears. SREZ in a late press conference last night stated, "It's going to be tough, but so is every game this season. We said goodbye to the D.5, and moved on to a league where the managers are much more experienced and competitive. It may be a tough season, but I believe in my team. With the edition of Marc Santmartí last night, we now have two lock down defenders, and are a much more versatile team. Other teams will not know what to expect, and to be honest with you, I'm not sure if I know what to expect either *laughs*." Although he sounds pretty calm, there is a huge worry for the whole team going into this season. With the contract of star Sidney Truong increasing at a rate every player dreams of, if the Bruisers do not stay in the D.4, disaster may strike. "I can't promise I won't ask for more money," said Truong, "But I promise I will put it all on the line to win this season. I want to be part of this team as much as the staff wantes me to be on this team. It is where I was drafted, where I have developed, and where I hope to stay for at least another 2-3 seasons." And lastly upcoming player Nuno Rafael Cascais said, " ... " Nothing, because he never talks in press releases :)
