Press Announcements

Sidney Truong Wins MVP

With all the commotion this past week, the Bruisers organization had little time to congratulate star player Sidney Truong for winning the USA V.163 MVP. With a night off tonight, the Bruisers held a press release to address this topic. SREZ stated in the conference, "Truong is by far the best big man in the league, and to be honest with you, I think pretty soon he could compete with the best of the best. He is an amazing young talent who has the potential to do great things." After teammate John Ball, who has been with the Bruisers since the beginning and has witnessed every ounce of sweat Truong has put into improving said, "This kid may have a chance of doing things every player dreams of doing. He has the chance to go to places few have ever been and accomplish things few have ever accomplished. I may not be a big man, but I still wish I could play like Truong. *laughs*" After a few more comments from various players and staff, Truong came up and said this: "It feels great to accomplish what I have done so far. I never imagined winning MVP and competing in two all-star games in only two seasons. The only thing that could make it better would be a championship to go along with it. Right now the MVP trophy doesn't matter. What matters is that we play are asses off in the finals, for we worked too hard not to win this. This isn't my time guys, it's our time."
