"Would it be possible to add a line in the team's economy breakdown taking into account the cup winnings and the BBM (or BB depending on its level)? Thank you in advance."

Hi all,

I've been training one of my big men on 1v1 for forwards for 5 weeks straight. (Every week 48+ minutes)
In those 5 weeks, he has only seen one pop in handling. Does anyone know any reason why this is going so slow?

His current handling skill is at 7 (respectable).
He has HoF potential.
He is 23 years old.
I have a level 5 trainer.
His TSP is at 106 currently.

I can't quite get my head around the lack of gains.

Any insight would be great!

Hey!

It is most likely because he is very tall. Handling trains slower for tall players. It’s the same for short players to train for example inside defense - it would also be slower.

On the other hand tall players train inside skills a lot faster. I think the middle height is 201cm or 198cm where the trained skill distribution is even. Any deviation from that height has effect on the speed of the training

But somebody else might clarify this little bit more
Hope this helps at least a bit for now

I need advice on how to raise my ticket prices without destroying my attendance. I finally made it back into League Two level, and it became quickly apparent that most of the other teams were making more .money then me. I realize that there is likely multiple reasons for this, but for now I want to discuss how to raise my ticket prices. I compared my teams arena capacity, ticket prices and attendance with all of the top 4 teams in my league. They were all charging more for their ticket prices, by roughly 30% more. They make roughly $60,000 to $75000 more a week than my team. Now if I thought it was as simple as just changing my ticket prices to more like what they are charging then I wouldn't be here. Because when I do try that, my attendance crashes. The one big difference I can think of between my team and these others is they're all in the top 4 spots of their leagues, with positive point differentials and winning records. My team is in 5th place and has a losing record. Could that be the reason why I can't successfully raise my ticket prices like theirs? Without crashing my attendance? Another question, if I raise my prices to something similar as others in my league, then watch my attendance suffer the next week...if I keep my prices higher, and not change them back, will my attendance start to slowly raise. Normally when I raise prices and watch my attendance suffer too much the following week, I quickly change the prices back. I never have tried raising them, then watch the attendance suffer the next week, and then still leave the prices higher for the following weeks. I wonder if they'll slowly rise? I hope that makes sense. Lo! Anyway, any info on this subject would be appreciated. I do have an advanced PR manager, who I hope is helping me, but I'm already hemorrhaging over $55000 a week over my budget. Adding more expensive staff would only put me in the negative more I suspect. Thanks all!!

I also use Buzzer Manager to set my ticket prices. They always seem to want my prices low for some reason. I just assumed they BM knewmore about it then I did, that's why I use it. I hope I'm correct in that assumption.

You can probably raise your bleachers prices, you're well over the soft cap of 19k total attendance.

Fans will purchase the most expensive seat they can, up to their maximum willingness to pay, so once you go over the soft cap there's kind of a trade off between LT and bleacher seating. Attendance seems to go down by a power that is > 1 of the amount prices go up, so you'll always lose more revenue than you gain if you raise prices for a section of seating that isn't selling out -- but small increases when you're selling out might bear fruit.

CS and LB seating is heavily determined by division, with a small component of your standings within that division as well.

LT and bleacher seating is heavily determined by recent performance / fan survey, so if you're trading away losses to home wins then you're probably going to have more variance in that seating. However, when you freshly promote, it appears that promotion bonus basically means your fans treat your team as being on a winning streak until somewhere in the all star game / end of the 2nd round robin time frame.

So basically, the horses have mostly escaped the barn, but I'd expect you should be able to juice your bleachers to $9 or $10 for your last home game before the ASG, and then you'll have to more actively manage (likely reduce) your bleacher & LT ticket prices after promotion bonus wears off.
