End of season write-up...

The two seasons I was in charge was a humbling experience for me as I have to grow accustomed to losing players due to injury/gameshape/daytraders. I'm pretty sure my policies and ways will not make me a popular manager, but I felt it was needed to revamp the whole thing in some way or another...

We finished 3-5 in this edition of the consolation tournament, I hope I will be judged by looking at what players we have (and don't have) compared to the teams we've faced. It will be scrimmages for us till season's end and I will go back to scouting work and follow up on the progress of our talent pool.

Update: Dismissed two players, brought two in, and will be calling up and dismmissing players for assessment.

Heads up: if I get re-elected, I shall still remain firm in my stance not allowing the NT to be held ransom to daytraders, or anyone who doesn't keep their players in shape for NT level competition. I quote Vice "...even if I have to lose every single game".

New requirements for NT players will be up soon.
