How to get your Japanese stud on the U-21 team

Having a player on the U-21 means extra merchandise for your team. So having a player on the team is a wonderful thing. It also gives you an extra game a week to watch.
Player parameters
PG
Outside defense, passing, and handles (proficient+)

SG
Outside Defense, Jump shot/range (proficient+)

SF
Outside/inside defense Jump shot, inside scoring (outside proficient+/ inside strong+)

PF
Outside D (respectable+), inside D/ scoring/ rebounding (proficient+)

C
Inside scoring/defence, rebounding (prominent+)

And the most important thing is game shape. play your players between 48-72 minutes a week to keep them in good GS. If it drops, no minutes for your player.
