Consolation tourney wrap up

We ended up 4-4 in the event. It appears we will end up finishing just outside advancing to the knockout phase as what hopes we had were dashed by the buzzer beater loss in Mexico. That's just how thin the line is. There were no real stars this go around but there was enough talent on hand to spread the scoring wealth around. Our swan song against Thailand was a great example as nine players scored in double figures.

Now we can schedule a few scrimmages to perhaps grab a few wins while also giving those who will return next season a closer look. If I am selected to continue minding the store I will look forward to the challenge of making our squad more competitive. It's a honor to represent you and I hope performance is meeting expectations, feel free to reach out with your critiques.
