Season 52 - Update 2. Victory Tastes Sweeter Than A Hot Chicken Roll

The Irish U21s finally popped their winning cherry with a bureaucratic victory against a brave and severely weakened Armenian side. The press credit the great victory to the fact the Armenians have 3 actually players with one active team, but Irish U21 Captain Lawrence O'Driscoll believed otherwise, "Sin e an cluiche" he roared on the open top bus that paraded through the streets of Macroom, as the bus was caught in a bottleneck caused by a mixture of fans welcoming their hero's home, poorly planned road infrastructure and a flat tire.

Togher Toughie's President Michale E.D Higgins, evil twin brother of Irish President Michael D Higgins, was seen celebrating with the team while providing ever flowing Guinness and Beamish for all present. Despite the controversy surrounding the president of Togher Toughguys B.C, he commented that this was a time of celebration and dance as he played the flute with Irish U21 President Michael DE Higgins, older brother to Irish President Michael D Higgins.

Mother of newly debutant Homer Dothery celebrated her sons first cap by baking a loaf of brown bread each for all the coaching staff who were too drunk to realize who they were.

Ultimate Irish U21 fan Author Burn, Chairman of the Togher Toughies fan club declared this victory the greatest win of the season and that we should all be proud to be Irish. He declared February 8th will forever been known as the Victory of Love.

on a more serious note
