Youth is the Future

A new journey ahead.
A lot of training needed!
Will you help your national team?

Fellow Irish managers, its a pleasure to get this job.
My aim is to try get as many managers involved in training 1 or 2 players each.
I am looking to keep our squad based mainly on the players based in Ireland in order to give every manager a chance to train a national player for the future.

some managers may think that some players may not be good enough to make it but if you have a player perennial allstar potential or better he has a great chance to become a great player but he must be trained. players need minutes to improve, so I ask all irish managers if ye could pick your best irish youth and train him. this is a community based game and no manger can do it by himself.
just train at least 1 irish youth
