And as is so often the case, people crying that they "can't train" really mean the can't "train three players with full minutes in single position training". You can train. You can train one player. You can train two. Why shouldn't there be a trade off between a team willing to sacrifice game performance in order to maximize training? [one added benefit is that this is pretty realistic in professional teams - they may spend a few seasons performing poorly as their young, high potential players develop].
The last thing the training system in BB needs is faster training, especially of already skilled players. We need fewer high TSP players, not more.
Because training a top player is not profitable even if somebody have 3 trainees. Training 2 players is suicide...
