Basically this is how it will go down: Canada teams will face off against USA teams during the first scrimmage of Season 19(schedule to change). HCA will be split 50/50 throughout the games. I make this thread now because due to USA having 6 times the amount of teams as Canada we will need to see how many teams sign up from Canada and then USA will match us. Teams will faceoff against teams of equal strength(i.e. div I vs div I, div II vs div II) and the country that finishes that day with the most victories will be the winners of this WAR. Matches will be assigned as will HCA. So I must ask, whos in? Post in this thread whether you would like to sign up for this or not and I will edit the list below.

Yeah, but right now the majority of their teams willing to play are div IV.. :P

Hopefully that changes soon though :)
