Yes I definitely agree with your statement if you are extremely lucky to draft a player like this. However, I would say this is an outlier. Meaning that 95% of players are probably drafted with less than 80 tsp ( even less than that) when you draft. But this is just my opinion and it’s not based on some real data. It’s more of a transfer list observation

Trully agree. Average draft on 18 yo is 50 TSP. Average draft on 19 yo can be 70 TSP. You already saved 1 season on training and player is more usable.
On this reason you can calculate if here is neccessary to buy youth coach for one season and 1 skillup or better to save money. For 18 yo player it is always profitable.

Youth might not be necessary for these kind of 19yo like that one you posted with 86 tsp on draft day.
But the amount of drafted 19yo 80+tsp on draft day is low. And amount of them reaching TL even lower. Simply because on 19yo with cap 10 on skills the randomness is larger. Also price tag on 19yo 80+tsp will be high if they have at least u21 potential.
In general I think drafting 19yo is high risk high reward. Because you can draft better 19yo than can be trained from 18yo, but you can draft avg where you'll not catch up to 18yo.
So it might be even cheaper to have YT then buy "gem" draftees on TL.
Even if it's 1skill point.
Sill YT should reach at least 20yo too in my opinion

Is there anywhere on here where it shows the number of times we have used a play style and its respective effectiveness so to speak? Like Motion offense used X number of times, W/L record with motion and average score and say TO rate with Motion offense for your team throughout the season and then the same for Push the Ball, Run n Gun, and so on.

For comparison's sake in managing your team strategy?
