Cheaping SB and JR was great move. CHEAP IT EVEN MORE and we will see end of LI domination. Simple as that. How big should the value be?

Developers should create their top roster for each tactic using f.ex.120 skills for each position and than calcute the same salary total so every tactic is salary even. Than i bet 20 supporters packages that there will be so much fun in the game with no tactic absolutely dominating..

Increase speed at which JR pops
Decrease speed at which OD pops

Make players well trained in outside shooting make more shots more often

I give my vote for "More Advertising/Marketing" because a simple reason, I would love to see more new people in this game, we need new users to get the game on higher lvl, more people, more money, more chances to improve all other things on the game.

An App would be great too, this would be my 2nd option.

What budget do we need for advertising?

I suspect that 20 or even 100 K wouldnt spread very far given how big the world is.

IMO an app that could be downloaded for free would give more bang for buck

Yeah but every bit helps. They reallt should be connected to social media and offer promotions of some sorts for following and retweeting or liking.

So many people in the world have social media. Don't they realize how much it can help a business?

Same with an app. But social media is FREE word of mouth. Don't forget you can pay a relatively small amount to Twitter to advertise...
