Please try to send it bit earlier next time (on Season 3 Playoffs).
This is what it says in rules about it, when you look at the beginning of this post: (327516.12), starting from sentence "Due to the need...".

I know this rule doesn't currently have clear penalties set/defined for it (for not sticking with given timelines), and I would prefer not to define ones if this doesn't become a continuous/clear problem.

Anyway, Bronze medal match link is not yet available anywhere, so all teams playing this Sundays' Medal matches, please add match link to your own box score post well before match starts so I have enough time to verify it's specs!

EDIT 27.9.2025: Bronze match link also now available (and only currently missing from Rajdersi's box score post), so technically we're ready to proceed to Medal games on tomorrow.

Oh, in that case I guess best penalty for your team would be that penalties wouldn't apply to your team xD

I didn't come to think of such point penalties, which is a suggestion worth thinking of.
However, it might be somewhat difficult to remember at much later day 'into which match which amount of points'-penalty was being applied, as we can't transfer that information into a box score. But again, still an interesting thought.

What could be a realistic penalty for not complying some important rule (some cumulative penalty-causing actions during last season, or some actions during off-season) would also to be getting for instance a forfeit loss in a first Regular Season match of next season, in where team is a Top8-salary underdog (so in that case randomized match schedule wouldn't be important, and would give teams penalty in more equal manner). But this exact rule is not still in place/in effect, as I try not to add more penalties. Just an idea/thought, that there are some things that could be applied if needed (because off-season is also important time of the year, especially as match organizing process for next season starts).

Good luck for every 4 teams for tomorrow, I hope we'll see some serious fight for medals - leave all you've got to the court, as this is your chance to make HGL history!

For instance for Svätý Jur Snakers they'll receive second medal in as many seasons, but which colour will it be?

Is first ever HGL medal that is received by a team representing their country, going first to Sweden or to Poland?

We'll be a lot wiser on these questions tomorrow...

Do other HGL managers have strong feeling about the match outcome(s), or what kind of things would you expect to happen tomorrow on Medal games? What do you think, will teams alter strategies and rosters, compared to earlier Regular Season meeting?

Since I lost the first match against Virtus Portici, and on a neutral ground, I am not a favorite. Virtus Portici is playing at home now, so from my point of view I am a clear outsider. I can only surprise. Which will be difficult, because I feel that the opponent has a better team. But I will not give up.....

While it wasn't quite enough to secure you a second Gold medal in a row, it was well fought, indeed... I gave a better response on HGL main Thread, here: (327516.217).

Off-season process (match organizing for HGL Season 3) has now started, and while new Official Season 3 threads are still under construction, all essential information should be found from those new threads.
(If not, please refer to Season 2 threads for information, as everything in terms of preparation for next season will practically remain the same as during Season 2).

So most information that's critical for organizing a new season can be found from Official Scores Thread. I copied post from Season 2 to here; (328547.13), to give you guys some memory refresher/starting point for match organizing process.
Of course one should read other informative posts as well, if they're a bit unsure about match organizing process.
However, as mentioned, nothing has changed from Season 2 process, so if you're familiar with that, you're going to be fine.

Also on Announcements-section of both of those Official Threads (second posts of the thread; links below) there's some essential information about the match organizing process.

Official designated match times for each team on Season 3 will remain the same as during Season 2 (because Daylight Savings Time is still observed in EET time zone, when Regular Season Round 1 on Season 3 starts).

Thanks very much WiMaOl, it's great to hear HGL brings joy to others as well, and it's definitely a pleasure to have you here in our community... :) League is nothing without managers playing in it, and it's great to see "original/initial HGL managers" wanting to keep on playing (and enjoying doing so), so thank you for being an important part of the league, and I hope you'll always be a part of HGL!
Well, same goes with other HGL managers as well, as I'm very glad this community exists and I feel like we have an experienced, friendly, co-operative, and good spirited bunch of committed HG managers playing in this league... :)
