You're playing the Vermont Frost Heaves, and like the previous post stated they always seem to use Patient. Guess Balanced and Slow on the Gameday Prep. Their patient runs to their Canadian SG who scores the bulk of their points. As this is a guard position I would recommend using a 3-2 zone to limit their flow and preent their guard from scoring consistantly. As far as you offense goes, you also seem to be a one man show, but whatever has worked best for your team in the past will be your best option here.
