Looking at the box scores I would guess the following:
- You had 22 turnovers vs 13 for your opponent. That means you have really bad handling on your players and/or your opponent had much better defense.
- Your opponent grabbed 13 offensive rebounds vs your 5. The 3-2 zone hurt your rebounding and gave your opponent a slight advantage here.
- Both points helped your opponent to attempt 86 shots vs your 68.
- You both had pretty equal fg%.
- 18 shots more for your opponent at the same fg%, of course, resulted in more points.
- You had a lot more free throws but the ft% was not that good and it didn't help enough against above point.

Correct tactic does not automatically mean victory. And probably the most important information:
Your opponent has much better players than you and that's why you lost.

i was doing well during the 1st and 2nd quarter until he caught up , no matter what i would of played i still would of lost either way. his pd is way higher than mines . i tried getting some decent players before the deadline but i got outbiided on all of them
