What is your perception regarding injuries? Feel free to add comments.

Poll:  Injuries are

ok, leave them the way they currently are
totally unnecessary, get rid of them
important, i would quit if they were removed
mostly fine, but need some improvement

There isn't an option that says there are more important things to deal with or I would have gone for that.

Injuries are an inconvenience, a 5 week injury is a massive massive blow, and would probably really annoy me, but they're there and they're a problem you have to deal with. It wouldn't really be much of a game if we didn't encounter any problems.

totally agree with that. The bb season is short and injuries way too long in that respect.

If u take en average 2 weeks injury it means your player misses the game he actullay injures in (generally after 40 seconds), then 3 to 4 games out, then it takes 2 weeks to have him in good shape again so 4 more games. So around 7-8-9 games, more than one third of the season. It would be 2 months in real world nba. I know such injuries exist but not that often. It is way too long for an average injury.

I think one or 2 games injuries would be much more fun.

I voted for mostly fine, because I think there should be no timeframe displayed at all.

Just show if a player is injured or not - update weekly.

Maybe not, but it would be huge fun to check if a players got healthy or not.

How often do we see two week injuries though? I haven't had one in any of my teams in many seasons. Maybe I have been a bit lucky or my lvl 4 doctor really does the trick.
It's just luck. I have had 2 just this season with a lvl 4 doctor. Effectively I have played 6 weeks (out of 8) with 110K less salary in either guard slot and this has seriously hampered my season since I haven't been able to field decent OD while also training every game. One of the 2 is also the best scorer on the team.

When a starter goes down not only you have that he's not going to be serviceable for many more weeks due to GS, but controlling minutes on other players becomes next to impossible.

Also please note that the England NT starting C got hurt for 2 weeks and his manager has a level 7 (World Renowned) doctor...
