He's 18. 6'1", Perennial All-Star Potential. I was planning on surrounding him with talent (I have 4.3 million in the bank) when he was closer to being playable in 1-2 seasons. What do you suggest I train? I want him to be a balanced PG.

Jump Shot: average Jump Range: average

Inside Shot: awful ↑ Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: mediocre Shot Blocking: pitiful
Stamina: respectable Free Throw: pitiful

Experience: atrocious

P.S. He's getting 48+ minutes in OD this week

My suggestion. One pop up in OD, one in passing and then one on one for the rest of the season.

With that money, I would build arena to 15k/5k/500 :)

As for the trainee, I would give him a full season of inside shot, you'll be playing in div IV anyway. After that a full season of 1v1 forwards.

After that, cap him out with whatever you like.

I believe there is pleny of time to do this, since he's only pallstar potential.

He has a good amount of skill points already, and since he's only P. Allstar I'd start training him inside for about 2 seasons. You still have plenty of time afterwards to cap him, but he'll be a much more valuable player, both money wise and skill wise. I think you can get IS and ID to around 10. Then switch to 1v1 to get DR/HA up, because if HA is more than 3 points behind PA/OD it will slow those down due to elastic effect. I'd train it to around 11 and then finish off with JR/OD/PA as you see fit, maybe a bit of JS to bring it up to 12-14.
