I personally would get his OD up to 6 or 7 before moving inside so that he can be a more complete PF but besides that I agree.

SELL HIM. You will never get him close to realizing his all-time great potential. Someone else will think they can, and give you a lot of money for him. Money that you can use to buy better trainees and build a better team. This is your ticket to $$$!!!

i think that the right choice is to sell him.. he has a big market value right now and you will need too many work to increase this value..

Lots of people are going to suggest that you sell him, but if you choose to keep him, realize that you have your future franchise player squarely in your hands right now. You may never reach his full potential, and he may not ever start on the US National Team, but if those aren't your goals, and you'd rather just have a player that you can train exactly to your liking and you will have on your team for years to come, then by all means keep him.
Some folks will claim that you won't be able to afford him, but if you develop his secondary skills first and don't train his primaries too high early on, you can most likely keep him within your budget for a good long while.

To the op don't sell just ask for the nt coaches for a training regime and dedicate yourself to it. hard work does payoff.
if you sell you will regret it, trust me

Please don't selll this guy,and train him yourself, this guy is sadly 19,so you won't receive that much money for him.If he was 18 it could go up to maybe 2 million, but now somewhere between 500k / 1 million.
I would start by training OD for a while, and level it up to 8,after that some 1V1 and make a multiskilled PF of this player. After that you can start training inside ,this is a great player for your team ,and should bring some extra merchandising in the future.Should you decide to sell him after several seasons you still could receive a lot of money, because he is multiskilled.
