yung naging GM na ng national team at u21 national team ng napakaraming seasons, sana tama naman na. greedy na yan kapag kakandidato ulit.

Hindi ba mas mabuti na experienced na ung hahawak ng U21 natin? Hindi naman sa pagkagreedy nun at least alam na niya kung ano ginagawa niya. Dalawang player ko magiging 21 next season, kung sapat ung training ng dalawa, prefer ko naman din na mamaximize ng U21 coach ang players ko.

Wala rin naman gumagawa ng speech si Morwood lang ang nagpopost sa forums, mahirap hirap din malaman kung sino bobotohin. Napupunta lang din boto ko kung sino may history na talaga kasi alam ko na marunong talaga maglead ng grupo ng mga manager.

bigyan ng pagkakataon ang pinoy para magkaroon naman ng karanasan. si UP fighting maroons ba, hindi ba nya alam ginagawa nya. galing sya ng PPL.

Fully aware naman ako sa ginawa niya, I did a good look on his team and his history when we were in the same league last season. Pero like i said, wala kasi nagpopost ng speeches nila so bat ko sila iboboto. Sa tingin ko rin iba ang pag manage ng NT and sariling team. Hindi lang naman tactics pinaguusapan pag NT, sa paglead ng isang grupo ng managers ang importante rin. Hindi ko naman dinedepensahan si Morwood pero siya is proven na kayang maglead. Gusto ko rin naman makita mag world champion ang Pilipino dito.

Coaching in the U21/ NT ranks take a lot of time. They need to scout prospects, scout the opponents, mentor and entertain questions regarding training. Anong assurance ng mga botante na meron kang time para dito? Isang speech na katiting lang kumpara sa dadanasin mo bilang coach ng at least 2 seasons kung ikaw ang mapili, wala ka pang time?

About sa commitment, maglalaan ka ng time para sa isang bagay na committed ka, so balik nanaman tayo sa time. Kung kahit sa speech ay wala kang time, it also shows na hindi ka din committed sa pagiging coach. Baka bigla mong iwanan sa ere ang team sa kalagitnaan ng tournament, o kapag di ka nakapagset ng lineup, "sorry, busy lang" ang maisasagot mo.

Ganito ang trend sa mga nakaraang elections na hindi lahat ng kandidato ay nagppost ng speech nila. I encourage future candidates to post their speeches. Simple act but it says a LOT about you as an individual and perhaps, as a coach. Let the voters know who you are, what your plans are and prove to us that you have the time and the commitment for this.

Yung world champion wala sa baraha natin as of now. Para mangyari ito you need a devoted set of managers willing to train pure u21. Also need 2 very strong batches, one to qualify for the worlds and hopefully the strongest batch will be finished come world championships. Sa ngayon we are very respectable sa u21 and Seniors just going on world rank. Seniors from rank #50 nasa #16 tayo ngayon. That didnt happen overnight ginagapang unti unti. Our former u21 coach surprised everyone by winning the gold in u21 but was not able to follow up on the World stage dahil kulang talaga sa talent some credit also goes to Jeorge for helping build that team for Martin.

Everyone is always welcome to run and get a shot at being coach. Ang akin lang why not join the nt/u21 chat group first. The u21 job is not for one person its always a team effort and we collaborate with everyone in the group regardless of your experience. As long as constructive ang usapan everyone is welcome if you want to take a more active role. Dami na rin kasi nag register pero pag natalo na di na tumutulong, Sana maiba natin ang mentality natin sa laro na ito. I train kahit hindi ko type yung uupo. PM Senior coach Rad kung sino makabasa nito at gusto talaga tumulong im sure he will be happy to include anyone willing to help.

Not too fond of him either. He keeps buying prospects for the votes and not really train them. I really hate it. Never even made an U21 trainee.

When I saw the word "debate" on the name thread, I was hesitant on even posting anything. I hate debating, I just want to enjoy this game. I have been playing this since 2011 if I'm not mistaken, season 7 I think. Na-ban yung original team ko for some unfortunate reason, but that didn't stop me from creating a new team and just enjoy this. Sa NBA2K palaging yung MyNBA lang yung mode na nilalaro ko, which is for those who know, the managerial mode. You know, being the general manager for at least 25 years.

Anyway, I am not gonna ask for anyone to vote for me. That's not just me. If I get voted purely because of what I do for my team here, thank you. I'll make sure I give Philippines a fighting chance for every game. If I don't, well, I'll just try getting voted again some other season without ever asking anyone to vote for me. I may not get voted ever, but I'll be fine. I just wanna enjoy this game while MAYBE having a chance to seriously get this country to the top.
