Hello everyone!
I am just wondering what is worse for a match:
To play a 3-2 zone vs Low Post
or
Choose outside focus on their offense vs Low Post

Both are bad guesses, but what would have the most Impact?

However the zone will depend so much on the players in it. If the bigs have bad OD and guards bad ID the zone helps hide both of those...If the guards have good OD and the bigs good SB the zone will maximise those skills.

When I have better SB bigs i don't mind facing Low Post at all.

A 3-2 zone isn't necessarily bad against an inside offense as it can help stop the ball getting inside.
