I just wonder. Every tutorial I read is always the same: start 1v1 (handling for bigs + something else), intermediate training starts at 20 until 21, 22-X finish the product. I went to multiple National forums using google translate to see what is their recipe - no traditional cuisine. Most high level players look like a copycat (subtle differences). I have an impression that whenever I visit the Transfer list and search for 20 year old HOF with 80+ TSP (if available) I could randomly click and more often than not I would get the same product. That's fine, in modern basketball we see copycats all the time (it was Gregg Popovich's offense - every team started acquiring former Spurs staff members; It was Steve Kerr's Warriors offense - all started shooting threes). Let the tactical genius of the manager shine, I'm fine with that. But I was wondering. Then I went to buzzer-manager and started playing with the salary estimation tool. Salary-wise 20 OD, 20 ID, 20 RB, 20 SB with 150 overal TSP should be an affordable player for high level teams (250k salary). But the tool also suggested that Potential-wise it is impossible to get. I was thinking that the potential (salary) estimation tool was flawed and asked the question in the forum.

I've bought a player with OD 20, ID 22, RB 18, and SB 20+,
and I've also seen a player with OD 11, ID 20, RB 20, and SB 21.
So I think players with 20 OD, 20 ID, 20 RB, 20 SB is possible.

Can the Sports Psychologist mitigate the hit on the game shape when you buy a player?
Or their effect is limited only for the training update on Friday? Like a coefficient in the GS formula*

*Next game shape = 8,75-0,36*(9-PreviousGS)^1,2-0,00036*(ABS(MinutesPlayed-60))^2,145*RANDBETWEEN(0,9;1,1) * SportPsychologistCoeff (obviously the formula is very old and probably not accurate but I use it here for reference)

The tutorials are same due to how elastic effect works. And hidden interconnections between skills in training.
You usually start 1v1f on guards because you want them to shoot and build up DR + HA because they give elastic to JR, JS, OD, PA and each other. And during training you also train IS and JS which build elastics even further. So then when tehy get older you mitigate age penalty with elastic bosst.

Similarly with HA on bigs, builds elastic for PA and reduces number of turnovers. But bigs have penalty on HA training due to height. Thats why you start with it, because you mitigate this penalty with age. And when they get older you mitigate age penalty with height boost for inside skills.
PA can be a finisher for bigs, since it doesn't get penalised with height.

It's not really people are copycats, but there are many hidden systems, which havent been changed for years so it's really well optimised

I'm not arguing that. It is the training meta and managers who train young high potential players are strongly incentivized to follow it. My question was whether some managers tried going full anti-meta and succeeded to create 20+ OD, 20+ ID, 20+ RB and 20+ SB player. Was that achiveable? I was curious because when I played with the buzzer-manager's salary/potential estimation tool it said it was impossible. I had a feeling that can't be right. The tool had to be flawed. I'm a big fan of the show MythBusters and littleGuest provided a hint it was actualy plausible (322394.921).
