that would be U21 manager calling players up before enthusiasm reset and updating the spreadsheet. There really is no other way unless you contact managers but they might not want to give them away

Oh wow, that's a lot of manual work. I can kinda see why it'd be a problem to do this if Kumiko doesn't return and we aren't allowed a temp manager for the new season

For now I have started to collect all the info on players listed that are turning 21
skills are only updated as of 2 weeks to go in season 25, or this exact spot last season
I have skills, owner and player id's, salaries and current dmi's
this is going to take a collective effort
but...If we can't get into the U21 team to make changes...
Do we know how to do this without Kumiko?
Bballin!!!!! Do you know this?

Wow, I missed this conversation. Haven't been checking the forums as much over the past two weeks. Crazy stuff, I really hope Kumiko is alright. She's always been cool, and I really enjoy having her around.

I'm all for helping in some capacity. I know a lot of you don't know me too well (I'm shy) and my team isn't overly impressive as far as it's record or cup run this season, but I have some experience if there's anyone that steps up and needs a little help.

Maybe messaging them and asking for skill checks on behalf of U21 could be the next step? That info could then be taken to offsite and processed to save the possible subsequent manager a bit of time.

If Kumiko does get replaced, what does a running tally for the next manager look like?

-create database for season 26 draft and age 18-21 draft classes
-pick season 27 team (optional: express preferable training plans to team members and potential call-ups)
-badger users of NT quality season 26 drafted players about training their players/training plans
-contact the other draft classes about training plans
-?

We should have a contingency plan in place if Kumiko doesn't log in and her team goes bot.
Would we need to re-elect a manager for U21? If that's needed I am willing to take some leadership. I have experience in this game, have worked with Kumiko for several seasons now, and I have experience training young players as well. Hopefully Kumiko will join us soon.

Does anyone who previously worked with Kumiko, like yourself or BBallin have an actual e-mail outside of BB to contact her?? Even if it is not her everyday account it would worth a try. Did anyone even make that attempt??

She was diligent enough about all this to fully understand the mess she has left behind.
She cared a great deal.
That would leave one to surmise there must be a very important reason why she hasn't logged in.
In that case, probably best to let her be and deal with this as best we can
