She's gotta be replaced asap even if it is just temporary. There's alot of work to be done setting up next seasons team not to mention the next 2(hopefully) games this season. She has undoubtedly done a great job but an NT manager can't just disappear for 3 weeks at such a crucial time. Sparky should be put in charge. How would one go about doing that?

Not sure how it works but I don't think she can be taken out of position until her team goes bot. I could be wrong but that is what I seem to recall about previous situations of this nature.

Regardless I hope all is well with Kumiko and that who ever replaces her is ready to deal with a mess. If she is gone and does not return the entire data base will need to be updated. I know some players are listed off site but its a big job. NO THANKS!

Sparky may be the best candidate but I am not sure he is ready for the commitment it requires. The only way to find out is give him a try...

This is all so strange.

HGG once mentioned Sparky cataloged his own BB-related stuff with spreadsheets, so he'd have the expertise to create a database if he does indeed take over. If he doesn't have the time though, I'd be willing to set it up if we could find a way to relay the info to each other.

(27692) Anyway, there's the US team we'd need to beat in the Finals if we got there. That's a tough game even if we had a GDP and effort advantage.

Sorry I misinterpreted what you were saying.

Hopefully you understood my point which is things aren't exactly going fine. We have the most important part of the season coming up in a few days and nobody running the team. That's clearly a problem that requires immediate attention.

Out of curiosity, I hear all this talk about databases etc. What exactly does the spreadsheet (database?) entail?

So does this comprise of:
The players (separated by age) with their respective skill/stat levels?

Is there a public domain to get all this information for Canadian players or do you need to be specifically U21/NT manager?

Ah I see, I was just thinking I could help out with future database/spreadsheet making. Pretty handy in that area :)

The allstar or perennial allstar+ potential ones.

I think there's been a top 10 positional ranking (or at least top 10 highest TSP) for each draft class on these forums, but skills have never been disclosed publicly.
