I have 152 tokens,
and I bought a player I drafted myself (54172545) , I think it would be fair to inform you about that.

Thanks for letting us know, I'll change that info at the latest into Season 3 thread.

It seems you had 11 challenges during the Season 2 (if I quickly calculated that right).

I can send 15 challenges without any problems. And I'll be happy to do it (y)

Thank you Hadár, WiMaOl and Pihija for your responses on tokens and willingness to use them to organize more of your HGL Regular season matches!

Now that you did respond so quickly, I could make a quick compilation post here about volunteers in token usage, based on my earlier post and your recent replies. Please see explanation on meaning of *ALL* and (ALL) below these listings.

Challenging volunteers" (who were willing to use more than average tokens for match organizing) for Season 2 were:
1. Wagner College (12 challenge responsibilities on Season 2; 70 tokens Oct 10, 2025) *ALL*
2. Rajdersi
3. Lielupes Melnas Sirdis
4. Trouville BBC
5. Svätý Jur Snakers (4 challenge responsibilities on Season 2) *ALL*
6. Elan Demars
7. WiMaOlCa (4 challenge responsibilities on Season 2) *ALL*


New teams, who have informed they´d be ready to be "challenging volunteers" (number of challenges during Season 2 RS):
1. BC Eos (13 challenge responsibilities on Season 2) *ALL*
2. KK Stihija (4 challenge responsibilities; 95 tokens Oct 4, 2025) (ALL)

Please note, added text after team names means:
*ALL*= Starting from HGL Season 3 team would happy to send challenge to all teams during Regular Season, using as many tokens during RS as there are opponents in HGL (plus sending required challenges in Playoffs, should they be the home team)

(ALL)= Starting from HGL Season 3 team would be ready to challenges to all teams during Regular Season if necessary/if it'd be very beneficial, using as many tokens during RS as there are opponents in HGL (plus sending required challenges in Playoffs, should they be the home team) .

Please let me know if any of you (not still on the above list) would be ready to be volunteer either "happily" or "if needed", so we can keep updating this post and edit challenge responsibilities for next seasons if necessary.
Also please let me know if you want your token number to be removed from the listing.

Based on official BB "Offseason schedule s69-->s70"-post, first match of BB season 70 will take place on Saturday, October 18th.

Therefore HGL Season 3 will start on Monday, October 20th, and that day can be used when creating a base for "new" Season 3 schedule, including determining match days for Regular Season and Playoffs.

I wrote "new", because for HGL Season 3 we'll reuse the same HGL schedule. (For next seasons we can implement certain changes if that's what managers would prefer).

I haven't heard any complaints from any manager about shortage of tokens, so we can go with these challenge responsibilities on Season 3 as well, and can keep editing that "challenge volunteers"-post (that was just created) and edit amount of responsibilities for Season 4, if so required by managers.

Thanks for information Paul George! You're already on that volunteers list for now, but please let me know if you want me to add to that "ready to send even all invitations of regular season if needed"-listing.

The idea of creating such a listing/post, is to keep it up to date in terms of being/remaining a "token volunteer", as some teams have announced they're ready to use even more tokens. So based on that list we can alter number of required challenges in future (preferably not on Season 3 anymore, if not absolutely necessary) seasons, to make long term usage of tokens more equal (if some teams find it important).

Same goes the other way; team can announce they're not willing to be token volunteers anymore (or request a smaller usage of tokens/season), and we can try to make some adjustments to lessen the use of tokens for their team.

Off-season process (match organizing for HGL Season 3) has now started, and while new Official Season 3 threads are still under construction, all essential information should be found from those new threads.
(If not, please refer to Season 2 threads for information, as everything in terms of preparation for next season will practically remain the same as during Season 2).

So most information that's critical for organizing a new season can be found from Official Scores Thread. I copied post from Season 2 to here; (328547.13), to give you guys some memory refresher/starting point for match organizing process.
Of course one should read other informative posts as well, if they're a bit unsure about match organizing process.
However, as mentioned, nothing has changed from Season 2 process, so if you're familiar with that, you're going to be fine.

Also on Announcements-section of both of those Official Threads (second posts of the thread; links below) there's some essential information about the match organizing process.

Official designated match times for each team on Season 3 will remain the same as during Season 2 (because Daylight Savings Time is still observed in EET time zone, when Regular Season Round 1 on Season 3 starts).

As you all have likely noticed (when being on this Thread), you'll find Official Season 3 HGL Threads from here:

You´re indeed correct on first one (using more tokens than on average), but it wasn't meant to be a punishment of any kind, you can rest assured about that. :) I know also on last season couple of tokens were lost due to being new to HGL, and I guess this season all went well in that regard (and no tokens were lost on "wrong" challenges?).

I was asking couple of times on official thread(s) if anyone has challenges/problems using same amount of tokens as last couple of seasons, and as nobody replied to me, so I went with practically same token usage per team.

We can, however, if managers so wish (if anyone of you current managers wish to use less tokens, please let me know by BBMail or by sending message to Season 3 Official HGL Threads) change that next season, especially as we have some new volunteers who are ready to use even 15 challenges during Regular Season.

By quoting myself I want to remind everyone participating to HGL Season 3, that please proceed immediately with creating your own box score post on (above mentioned) HGL Scores Season 3 Official Thread.

We have only 12 days before Season 3 starts, and only 7 out of 16 teams have currently created an own box score post (as you can see from here: (328546.16).

All Regular Season matches need to be organized (and verified by myself, or some volunteers - last time I think Hadár, LennuK. and maybe MrJ helped with this project?) well before October 20th, so please proceed with Season 3 match organizing process immediately if you haven't started it yet..

I saw that challende in december was not possible to do since so far a head.
