I guess there will be a first discussion with minkoff in order to know if he could accept that 20-21yo MVP+ can be trained temporarly for the U21. I see 2 advantages : more experience gained with U21 and players that are competitive earlier (and might then be more valuable for their managers).

But there are also the lower potentials : all star to superstar. I will have to see how the situation actually is, but you seem to say that they are not fully trained. First I will keep your community updated about each good prospect being on the transfer list. Second, I will try to contact the teams that are not training for your NT, in order to see if they can help the U21 (maybe in exchange of some game tips if they need/want some). Third, I hope someone could join me in order to keep your community involved so that the U21 can gain some interest.

Last point is these players can also be trained by foreigners. For example I just bought one Bulgarian. I'm not sure I'll be able to bring him to the U21 considering my actual position but my point is U21 can be trained elsewhere and I will not neglect it.
