Certainly if no one can bid, then transfers should immediately be suspended until this issue is resolved. Those people who expect more bidders will be losing out if the transfer ends before people have their money back. This is unfair from a competitive standpoint, and saying its just bad luck won't do.

same problem is also effected me. (my cash is -49M now)
As i can follow my shortlist, no one can make bid for transfers. Transfers should be suspended in that period.
