Hi, you answers

1.
I believe that isn't a problem U21 get more attention than NT. In fact I think the U21 team is more important than the NT, because is in the U21 that we can make new talents to the NT team. I think the best thing to do is join the management of the NT with U21. I hadn't the opportunity to talk with the manager of the U21 yet, but it's something I intend to do, it is impossible to do any planning for a national team without taking into account the future promises, have young people being trained is now the key to success.

From the little I could see the Indian NT is very good, but is not yet at a level so high, do not promise immediate success, but in the long term, with a joint work with the coaches of young players and U21 manager, anything is possible.

The point of all that is: With the long-term improvement of the senior national team with players from the U21 believe that attention to be divided equally pass naturally.

2.
I confess that I don't know much about how the NT is managed today, but my management style is simple and dynamic, I like to explain the tactics of each game and the reason why I have chosen, so that way all who strive for NT and train players know what I'm doing and can help, without being in the dark, I know how horrible is don't knowing the way that the things are going. I believe that keeping contact with all involved is the key to success. But usually I don't talk about the match up tatitcas until the begin of the game, and in toughest games sequence i also don't like to talk alot, to not give much information to adversaries.

If elected I intend to start soon making a post informing the key points that need to be improved.

Well believe me, the participation has gotten much much better over the past 2 seasons. 3-4 seasons ago, there was absolutely nothing going on forums.

Increasing community involvement is extremely difficult to do, especially in a country with only 59 active teams.

Usually less than 10% of the active teams of each country participate in national forums, in Brazil we have more or less about 40 people (of 1469) actively participate in forums, and even fewer participate actively involved as members of the NT staff.

What I mean is that increasing community participation is a difficult thing to do for us foreigners, who can make it better is people who live in the country.

To our fellows from India:
1. What do you think of creating the heap? Each User invite at least five friends to play BB?

2. In addition: I would say that I've started talking to the Indian U21 coach, yodabig, and I explained about my idea of unifying the work of the NT with the U21 and in his words: "that sounds excellent' I think that sounds excellent. There is no reason we can't do a lot of our planning together."

If you win will you be willing to join our offsite forum (BBstats) and start up a senior team section where we can debate the composition and tactics of the senior team?

Have you thought about any specific players to add to the national team or any that need to go?

1. Absolutely.

2. I was looking the India players, but without knowing the exact skills of each player is difficult to speculate. But if elected I intend to spend a few days evaluating all of players from India with quality to enter the NT.

After making an evaluation plan to post on the offsite forum (and here, but here without much details, to don't give any information to another NTs) about how is the NT, what needs improvement and the specific details of each position.

've Been following market the because i was considering train an Indian player, but unfortunately an idea that i had to dropping for two reasons, first by the high prices that were leaving the players (I don't have much money now), and second by the fact that if I train any player I'll can't keep me in the brazilian first league if safety.

Our last manager was a brilliant manager and I loved reading his entertaining writeups but unfortunately due to circumstnaces beyond his control he was not able to do much in the last few weeks. I hope there will be no similar issues in the future.
