Is this a bug? Everytime I put the number seats on the slot. I cannot press the "Get a Quotation" button". I only have access through my phone though using web browser.

you cannot buy new arena. You can increase seats until the cap. The cap for every sector is
30K
10K (i am not sure - may be 15K)

you cannot buy new arena. You can increase seats until the cap. The cap for every sector is

10K (i am not sure - may be 15K)

And you might adjust your ticket prices since some categories are not sold out. You should reach 90-95% in each category which is the economical optimum.
