I! In level 3 and I'm paying $26000/week for a Superior PR Manager. Is that worth it or would the money be better served somewhere else? Thanks.

PR managers are only useful for their specialty. Not sure if salaries for LVL 4+ offset the revenue they bring in.

I believe the higher levels help a little with the fan boycott following a demotion but I agree the level doesn't offset the cost. I've had 3 home games where I've made 40k less than a normal week with a level 5 trainer. Recently I had a home game against the 8th seed and made my normal 240k, next home game against my rival I lowered ticket prices and made only 204k. I got my pr guy with a really low salary which is the only reason I still have him.

I have competent with crowd involvement. It's kept attendance up consistently even with all the bot games I have. The only huge drop I had was last week, but I got a little overconfident with ticket prices.

What level might be appropriate for a new team to get? I have just recently rejoined BB and have ended up with a scrub team in Div II so I am anticipating 1 if not 2 straight demotions. Is there value in my obtaining some form of PR manager to offset the demotions? If so, what level might be ideal?

Cheers

You won't demote to d4 because your country doesn't have enough teams. You will likely have only a handful of teams in d3 with the rest being bots. I'd either stay with your level 1 PR manager or preferably buy a level 2 pr manager with a specialty. I wouldn't spend anymore than 5k on one. They should be really cheap.

Not sure if I missed the memo but I thought PR manager boosts merchandise sales? But I do also recall there's a limit to how much it can boost depending on league so it might not be that worth it to hire an expensive or high level one

According to the game manuel: Public Relations Managers help market the team to the fans, encouraging more people to show up to games and be willing to pay more for tickets.
