When your training players, can you train different things in one week, as long as your players get 48 minutes, or does your training have to remain the same through out the week to be effective?

You can only receive training in one category, but you can change what you want to train right up until the training update. So if it was set on Jump Shot all week, you can change it to pressure and receive the training for pressure instead of jump shot.

When training jump shot, is there any difference if you train guards or if you train forwards?

I would think theres some difference on secondaries that may improve... If so, what secondaries improve on each training?

Yes there is. JS for Forwards trains less JS and JR, but also trains IS a good amount (almost close to JS). JS for SG/SF trains exactly like JS for Guards tho :)

Thanks!

So you're sayin, JS for guards (pg, sg) = JS for Wingmen (sg, sf). Are you sure?
Because if its exactly the same training effect, it feels pretty inconsistent that BB would let you have option to choose in which position(s) you want your players to get the training. (You dont have that option in any other training)

It had the same training results that was gathered from USA-BB-Training research(?) that was being conducted a few years ago. According to that training research also Outside Shooting (PG/SG) has the same training result as Outside Shooting (SG/SF).

I don't really know that detailed sorry :(

I just have these two charts but they were before cross-training and elastic effect came into effect in the game.

I think these numbers were based on level 4 trainer back then.
