Why is it that height does not affect game but it affects the training?

But in all seriousness, you can't expect a 7 footer to train OD, for example, as fast as a 6 footer. Likewise, a 6 footer trains slower than a 7 footer in ID. The reason why it doesn't affect the game? Well, I don't know, but I think it's pretty fair.

Yeah, i understand that 7'0 guys are poor perimeter defender bcoz of its slow lateral quickness and small guy can outrebound tall guys bcoz of sheer strength and positioning, maybe determination. I am frustrated bcoz my trainee that is a 6'6" is slow on training guard skillz. 6'6" is a typical height for a guard.

Yeah, at first i want him to become an all around SF but his rebounding hole annoys me a lot, so im training him to become an SG w/ Inside shot and defence. Im planning 2 trains his inside skillz next season, Im training him w/ guards skillz 2 seasons ago.

Jump Shot: proficient Jump Range: strong
Outside Def.: prominent Handling: respectable
Driving: proficient ↑ Passing: mediocre
Inside Shot: respectable ↑ Inside Def.: strong
Rebounding: pitiful Shot Blocking: respectable
Stamina: average Free Throw: respectable

Experience: pitiful
