Just raise your bleacher price to $11 or $12...... the max u can make out of your arena in div III is around 200k with 5 balls in your survey and your in the 170s so the increase in bleachers will get you in the 180s and if you can win all your games you can get to 200k but i wouldnt expect anymore then that and your arena size is fine mines almost identical to yours and im making in the 180s and i lead my league so IMO its fine
