Hi

First of all. I will do a tiny presentation of myself. Im Raul Perez, im 24 years old, from Spain but living actually in Italy. and I will be a part of the Icce staff. My role is the Tactical Analysis.I dont tell here about my methodology, because my job is a secret and it shouldnt be notice from part of other countries.
I ve chosen Luxembourg first because I have one player that last season was U-21 and also I wanna contribute with a little community, because its more familiar. In forum of other countries nobody notice you. Too many posts :)

And now lets go with our first match of the european.

Greetings to everybody.

So here we are..Just an hour more to go until the first match under my guidance. As already said, we should not expect too much, we just want to put up a good fight and gain experience. The Serbian team has also a new manager, so we do not know what to expect in the tactical sense.

Out tactical analyst, Raul Perez, has made a very good effort in trying to analyse the Serbian NT. But they have also a new manager, so we do not know what to expect in the tactical sense. So, we are not sure if our tactic will be perfectly suited against our rival.

See you after the match!

The first match leaves a bitter-sweet taste, since it was a match where we could not accurately predict the opponents tactic and it played exactly the opposite what we thought. We were very competitive in the first quarter, where it was 19:19 in the last half a minute. In the next quarters, the superior quality of the Serbian team came into play.

I am a little dissapointed about the GS of our NT players..If it will get better, we will also have a chance to close the gap to other teams a little bit.

What are your thoughts? You are welcome to comment, criticise us:)

That's the main problem :
The (foreign)managers don't think about game shape , and some people don't train them properly so we have to focus on that ^^

We lost the match and don't worry , we are used to lose a lot ..

Yes, but very few domestic managers have a Lux player:) I have contacted almost all of the managers of NT players and asked them about training and it is positive that a lot of them WILL train players further, so I think we can look forward to. I would really like if some of your managers would buy a Lux player and develop him even further, but no one is selling at a good price:(
