yes, without knowing his ID we can't say too much there. Offensively he'd be good, but I'd say a player with both prolific Rebounding and IS would be better in almost all cases.

Depends on what you mean by successful?
If rebounding is his only weakness, he should do pretty well in D4, especially if you have a C who compensates in that area

Even more important that your guards and SF are good rebounders. If the rest of the team is great you can probably carry him but as Monkey says the ID would be the deciding factor.
