Ok... 4 managers...

one is the current coach, one the former U21 coach... and than one oft the best managers of buzzerbeater... so let's talk about plans/ideas, and why they didn't work in the past.

We're more or less at our place ;)
Last season we were closer than I thought on 4 occasions: against Ukraine, Japan, Singapore and Nigeria. Most of the time it was too close to call before the 4th quarter.
When you see the difference in level between 50-60 and 80-90 rankings (just take a look at the rosters), I was very happy with the results.. and it won't get any better than that the next few seasons. There are some players getting good training, but they are still in their early 20s, so won't be ready until at least 4 or 5 seasons. And Adamsson has maybe 4 good seasons remaining as the leader of the team, but nobody to replace him in the short term..

Last season I played a bit with different defences based on ours and the opponent's GS (ex: 3-2 zone against Nigeria), I was quite happy with the results. Not enough to get us over the edge, but we were way closer than we had any right to be.

The schedule for this season is out, the only one where we have a chance is the last game against Wales (take a look at Slovensko's roster, the third worst team in the group, ranked 55, you'll understand what I mean)
