focus all your training on Meliton illenberger. Start building his Inside defense since that is the most difficult skill to develop.

Train Him single position at C for ID. make sure he gets at least 48mins /week,

After ID training, go with One on one forwards. Put him at the PH position

week 3 is Jupshot forwards PF position,

then go back to ID at Center position

week 5 rebounding, either c or pf.

then back to 1 on 1 forwards

Ulit ulit lang . that will make his salary also relatively low so you can get other quality players.

Jump Shot Guards or JS forwards depends on the player position. Jump range is only an elastic effect of training jump shot.

Before you can train Jump Range separately but BB fused both Jump shot/range a few seasons ago
