That is why I am suggesting for some of you to put your rookies on transfer list. Some of you cannot manage to train 2-3 rookies at once. Especially to those who are competing to win on top division, such as yourself. You can always find help in developing those players.

We need to convince this Managers to put them on TL (resonable, friendly price). They only need a maximum of 2 trainees with similar training needs.

I asked Manager Nimit to put him on TL. If you could let him, my second team is perfect for his training.

Congrats on winning the NT Elections. May I suggest to put your MVP rookie on TL with a more friendly price. I have a guy that's willing to train him. But he only has a limited resource.
