The manager trained inside skills for the first season then halved the training to guard skills and inside skills in his second season. Back to inside skills on his third season. Its easy to track from the player history back when he was still a rookie. Of course we cant see how his starting TSP was but if I had to guess lot of primary training first. training passing doesn't have any penalty for bigs but their might be elasticity going on with high outside skills in general. I am also trying to dispel the notion that two way defensive players cant have good offense. This player fills all the boxes for a Senior coach. I have never seen a Pinoy player have this type of skill set. I just want to set the bar high for every Pinoy trainer. At 6'10 he will still relatively train fast in inside skills, i think after that the trainer went half and half each season. These players exist i have posted a few in the past threads. They are really hard to make though.

When they reach age: (Do not attempt if MVP lang potential must be hof or atg)

18 - starting TSP 55
19 - 70 TSP
20 - 85 TSP
21 - 95-100+ TSP (depende sa concentration of training)
22 - 108
23 - 115
24 - 121
25 - 126

Very rough guide ng normal growth ng high TSP Senior Players, kaya napaka critical na mataas ang starting TSP. In the past, naabot ang 100 TSP at age 21. As you can see, 139 TSP or higher is very difficult to make. If yung player mo is not within the range sa taas better start with a new rookie. Superior pataas ang trainer level at least. Samahan mo na rin ng youth trainer before mag 20 siya. What i can suggest is to find a rookie with HOF potential who is at least 6'10 in height and good starting outside skills hindi bale kung ang inside skills niya are not good. Train him like a guard in the first 2 seasons and puro inside na. Sundutan mo ng outside skills whenever you can. Maybe hindi siya umabot sa 139 TSP but he will still be an awesome player.

Ganda nito boss obi. Tenmatay comes close to this. Medyo nabitin lang sa inside skills. Workable talaga ung ganitong build, tyagaan lang talaga at dedication sa training and ofcourse the right training plan.

Generally he would better with 2 -3 skill points more sa inside skills as a 4. The problem is by tweaking him magbabawas ka guard skills niya na pwede siguro sa handling and driving. What this does though, kahit napaka minor ang tweak jumps his salary to close to 200K (estimate lang) and probably caps him as a hof. Tingin ko cap na itong player as is. What we can formulate maybe is a build that is position friendly sa sweldo. Halos libre ang passing sa 4 and 5 position. The trick is to get the most out of a trainee in terms of efficiency and salary. I think we need more 2 way defenders, from guards, forwards to bigs. Best talaga man to man kayanin natin sa depensa ang kalaban.

I currently have a 21 y/o 100 TSP player, superstar potential, A.A. Patilano (46505619). Kaso he reached 100 TSP last 2 Fridays ago. He trained under lvl. 4 trainer and lvl. 6 youth trainer with lvl 3 in both Gym and Training Court infrastructures (Hindi ko lang sure kung lvl. 3 na infrastructures ko at the time na nai-draft ko siya). Just sharing.

May na-scout din akong 3 MVP to ATG potential this upcoming draft. 2 A+, and 1 A- grade rating. Which, I think, says a lot sa magiging skill set at salary nila. Ang problema 11th pick ako, 6 bots, and 4 active users ang ahead sa akin. Okay lang kung sa 4 active users mapupunta, huwag lang sa bot teams. Sana makakuha ako kahit isa sa kanila.
