Goodmorning guys!

The last 2 seasons have gone so fast, but I want to thank all of you for your support and the great job you did training our young players.
Unfortunately in the first season we weren't ready for passing the first group, but in the second one we did a good fight and we went out only in the second game of elimination round.
I hope that I was useful for everyone to whom I talked to, because from my side I've really learned a lot from all of you.

As a personal result I can say we finished with a record of 21-7 in these last two seasons, I know there were lot of scrimmages in the first season but also we move from 40th to 33th in the ranking.

Talking about the future, I would really love to have the opportunity of coach this team for other 2 seasons.
I have already prepared the database for new talented players, as some of them played in the last season yet.
I am still in touch with lot of Managers working togheter for next season.
We have a really really good potential and looking at our qualification group I am really interested if we can finally do a step forward as a team.
I have also talked to Miighty Monkey, who has confirmed his presence and help for U21 NT as he has already done those seasons.
I hope to confrim your faith in me as I know there still is lot of work to be done.

I will be glad to answer to any questions or disapproval :)

Just for everyone's information, but especially you Mr JJ - this isn't me actually running, this was me noticing that nobody else has stood yet, and there's a reason I can't quite fully remember where it's beneficial if there's a runner-up in the election...

So could 1 person please vote for me as that's probably a criteria of it passing on, but I'll only be taking the job on if Mr JJ got bot / awol in some unlikely circumstance :)

Perhaps Music Chick can get back in the race, unless she's running for another U21 team? I can vote for her (or Berg) just in case what has been mentioned here above actually happens.

Yeah Music Chick can go for it if she wants. It's likely not gonna come to anything, but I thought it was a good idea.

I can actually vote for myself so I might do that...Everyone else vote for JJ! (unless we get a last minute candidate you prefer I suppose)

Gents,

I have officially put my name back in the hat, as was suggested. Although I am doing this because it was a good idea to run as a backup in case something happens to MJJ, I hope you still consider me just in case you like democracy and like to have another choice to vote for.

As I said before, I think the current U21 Coach has done a good job, so i won't focus on smearing him in order to win. That being said, I think I have shown my willingness to help out the National Program, and on the few occasions my tactical suggestions were needed last year, I think they helped the NT coach.

I think I am what this community represents. Little(possibly the only chick in BB) and hard-working and feisty when the opportunity presents itself. I also do my best to get along with everyone, as I think being divisive is counter-intuitive to the cause.

Just in case it would help, my horoscope is Gemini, and I do not like long walks on the beach.

Thanks for your consideration and one way or another, I'm happy to help with U21.
