I thought he was asking about the Team Ratings and Matchup Ratings that you see after a game in the box score. If you are talking about your players having an outside defense rating of 7 then I was wrong, that wont change unless you train him to an 8 or if he drops to 6 for being old.

No, I want to tell you that your opponent cannot affect your ratings much, if at all. That does not mean that your ratings will not fluctuate.

Game shape of your players will make a huge difference. Minutes played of your players will make a huge difference. Foul trouble, injuries, garbage time, home/away game, PR manager specialty, correct or incorrect guess of GDP; these all affect your rating.

Example:
My opponent plays base offense. I set my game day preparation (GDP) as balanced/normal pace. My ratings go up. My opponent's ratings do not change, even though I guessed correctly.

For example.

After match my team had Outside offence rating 7 , opponents defensive tactic was neutral. If his defense would be outside defense , would this rating be same?

Yes.

I'm pretty sure team ratings are different each game due to things like game shape, home court advantage and the fact that there is some randomness in the game engine. However, it is my understanding that your team ratings are a reflection of your team's quality only and are not affected by the opponents tactics or player quality. If they were, then playing weaker opponents should raise team ratings but this does not happen.

Match up ratings on the other hand are affected by opponents tactics since these ratings reflect how well your players did against the competition. Playing an outside defense tactic should slow down the other players guards so their match up ratings should be lower.
