Ok, I get it. Do you know by any change the loss in efficiency between 1 and 2 positions? Also, does that mean that one on one is an overall inefficient training because 2 positions are trained?

I don't remember I have even read any serious analysis on this. It was suggested that it's about 70% of the one pos training, but don't take it as accurate.

I'd guess probably 70-75% based on my recollection.
