The TL is crazy those last few seasons, you'll need to have some extra money in your pocket.

I see. I estimate I'll have around a budget between 600k-700k - certainly not feeling comfortable with that anymore, haha. Hopefully I snag a steal. Pray for me.

You can get a decent PA potential guy...

or some lesser (more longshot) SS and MVP guys.

Or you could get 2 PAs that are more on the longshot side.

You'll have some options.

I see. I've had one player on U21 before, and he was a PA potential with a starting salary around 3.5k. I'd be more than content to catch someone like that again, haha. Best case scenario, the draft treats me well, and I end up with two PA or better trainees.

Thanks for the responses, guys.

I see. I was around and "active" from about ssn6-ssn13, if I remember correctly. Yeah, now that I think about it, I remember a lot of U-21 trainees that had starting salaries of 3.5k-4.5k. Well, I guess that's better - the more money I get to save the better, haha.

Be sure to check the amount of skill points on the player; there are players with 2,5k salary that have 50+ SP, and can therefore be great U21 candidates. I bought a Superstar with 51 SP for just 15k a few seasons ago. I don't know if the prices for USA trainees are higher because of the demand or lower because of the supply, but the point I'm making is there are bargains if you look closely
