I trained my allstar to

11/12
12/12
13/10
13/11
9/10

113 skills, probably can squeeze few more skills in, end build should be

12/12
12/13
13/11
13/11
9/11

I guess pallstar can reach some 125 skills, maybe more if you really pump up SB

125 skill points with allstar potential ... Sounds nice. Where is he now?

How old was he when Tadic achieved 121 points?

One of my trainees is 26 years old now, and having 103 skill points. however it's really difficult to get pop up.

any experience sharing, which skill to train at the last? Passing? or blocking?

I think I last trained him during 26-th year, or maybe 27-th. I used exclusively level 3 trainers the entire time.

I trained him balanced all the time, since I didn't originally have a final plan, nor I thought they would reach so many skills. I think I planned for 100+ skills orginally, it ended up almost 120 for all my trainees.

Third was Obradovic 116 skills

11/7
12/10
11/10
15/15
10/15

He was mvp potential, but I focused on maxing out two allstar trainees, since I didn't think Obradovic could reach good enough skills on mvp salary.

So who knows, perhaps balanced training is the way to go, I don't think we know for sure, training site went down a long time ago, and that simulator has shown to be too slow, actual training goes quite faster.
