It does complete in one minute, they just don't specify which minute. :o

Well, if that's written, it is kind of false. Every now and then I got report of people wondering why their PL has not started after clicking (several times) on the launch PL button.
Well if you click on the ''Start the League" button there is a notification which says: Your league games are being scheduled, this usually finishes in under a minute but it can also take a couple of hours.
That's what's written +- , maybe you should change it to this may take a couple of hours, so people won't be confused.
