Thank you Westri for your comment, but i dont know how common is to get a 19 years old player who has strong OD....probably not that common,so myb i should stick to old tactic, and just try to scout 18 years old players..it will be disapointing to spend my draft points randomly and just get useless 19 years old player...but i will think about it because i wont have more then 25 scouting points till the end of the season..but i will be the guy who picks first so i hope to get something out of the draft.Thank you again

Europe (including serbia) doesn't draft. European colleges are full of frustrated teens 'cause of the lack of cheerleader!

If you have just 25 points, you should do the group demonstration and then interview five of those players that have 5 balls, or 4 if there's less than five 5-balls.

I have the feeling that while the higher ceiling for 19yo's helps their case because there can be some good 19yo prospects now, but they do need at least 55 SP to be viable to their 18yo counterpart and there are just a few 19yo's that have that many. I'd say for every 3 viable 18yo's, you have at most 1 viable 19yo draftee now.

So while there is a chance you can get a good 19yo, the best chances are still with the 18yo's if you ask me. If you do a full scouting session to find the best player in the draft, I'd still go with the old way of Combine first, but then do the Group Demo too in any case because it might cost you 1 or 2 points more, you can also scout the 5 ball 19yo's.

But if you don't have enough points for a proper scouting, forget the Combine because it doesn't bring you closer to an interviewed player you want to draft. (Combine is just to filter players you don't want, saving scouting points in the long run, but with few points you don't have a long run so to say).

If I have scouting points that I do not use at the end of the season, do they carry forward indefinitely?
