So I have been expanding my arena a lot as of late and have been focusing and expanding my Lower Tier (And finishing up my Boxes). My question is what is the ideal build for an arena? Awhile back, I remember some managers saying that the more Lower Tier seats you have the better, so a 10k Bleachers and 10k Lower Tier arena would actually be best, but many managers in top leagues tend to have much more bleacher seats than LT. Is this just because it is much more expensive to expand your Lower tier seats? What is your ideal build? Right now I think I am shooting for 12k Bleachers and 8k Lower Tier but may even go more Lower Tier after that if it is cost effective in the long run. Thoughts?

In my own opinion, the best and most cost efficient option should be something in this range:

14k - 16k Bleachers
4k - 6k Lower Ties


My goal is to reach a 21k total seats arena, and I would like it to be something similar to this when finished:

15,550 Bleachers - 4,900 Lower Ties - 500 Courtside Seats - 50 Luxury Boxes

I'm rolling with 12,000/7500. Unfortunately, we cant use the attendance helper any more but according to rhyminsimon that is the best ratio for DI to make the most money. In the lower divisions, it pays to have more than 12k bleachers but you will make less money in the higher divisions. So I guess your real choices are to optimize the arena for DI or split the difference.

I think if you're in D1 with less than 12k bleachers you will miss out on money because at $20 you can fill more than 12k seats I think. So I'm voting for 12,5k/8k, can't speak from experience though (just got in D1).

And to ask a similar question but not start a new thread directly - I'm aware that the soft cap for arena is 20k or so, and after that adding seats is not fully effective. My question is - does the 20k cap count only the Bleachers and LT, or the entire arena? Because most "completed" arenas have a 20k split between B/LT, and the additional 550 in CS/LB. I'm currently at a 19.5k split, and then the extra 550 brings me to 20050 total. Am I already at the cap, or is it worth it to build 500 more (of something?)

I checked the arenas of the past 4 B3 champions

KK Zvezda je zivot has a 16500/2400/476/18 arena
I Love Tehran has a 17300/2200/480/25 arena
pirulos has a 16100/4720/500/50 arena
Młoty Stargard has a 16001/4450/500/50 arena

No need to check the top guns. To build the perfect arena is like .. Jü(ue)rgen Klinsmann will be the new rio-olympic-dream-team-coach. It should be impossible!
Building lower tiers up to 5k-7k is not that bad. Basically it is all about the team/strategy/and so on.

I don't know why people still argue about this, just build a 15k/10k arena, set prices according to the league.

In top league you set prices 20 for bleachers. Then set prices for lower tiers accordingly. What I mean is, if you're selling 13k bleachers you set your LT prices so you sell about 7k. If you're selling 11k bleachers, you set LT prices to sell about 9k. If you're selling 17k bleachers, you set prices to sell 3k lower tiers.
