Have any of you ever gotten mad when, some scrub thats a backup takes 7 threes and doesnt make one, or takes 12 shots and only makes one? Wouldn't a coach say "Hey, stop shooting that. It's not your day."

Oh well... some players are getting fired

Can be different reasons for that, maybe he ends up with the ball in his hands at the end of the shot clock, maybe his passing is too low so the least bad option is to shoot it (otherwise he'd create a turnover). Maybe his gameshape is bad, maybe he just has an off game. Can be plenty of reasons and not all of them warrant a firing ;)

That is frustrating. I have a SG, whose numbers are good enough he should be a decent shooter, but usually goes 1/15 in big games. Can't see what his problem is, except he has a 1 for Inside Shooting. Makes me think that must factor into outside shooting success, too.

Of course, the OD of the defender is a factor, too. But you'd think they would take fewer shots against a good defender rather than throw up a dozen bricks!

Eh, I was just frustrated. I should Expect it out of a 2k salary

He ended up 4/5 in the 2nd half, including a dagger in OT. Fair to say he's earned his right on the team for now.
