This is just a suggestion. Looking at your opponent, he only has 2 big men, probably that is his starting C and PF. Maybe you can take advantage of that by employing a Look Inside (fast-paced inside focus) offense so that your team will have more attempts inside thus increasing the chance that his bigs will give up fouls. Once they're in foul trouble, his rotation will be messed up, might force a wingman to play the big position.
For now, since it is a new team, use normal enthusiasm, we don't know the capability of this team. For the defense, use full-court press if the stamina and game shape of all your rotation players are at least respectable. Otherwise, stick with man to man. For the game-day prep, it's your choice.
